The pleasure of drinking tea

What is your favorite drink?

My favorite drink is tea, although I’m not English. I use it for health, relaxation, socializing, most of time. I prefer fruit tea, but I also like ginger, chamomile, mint or lavender tea.

In my town there are a few favorite tea shops. I like one where they have unique combination of herbs for tea, special in flavour. And you can serve tea with something sweet made from natural ingredients.

Lately I’ve been preferring apple tea in combination with other fruits or herbs. For me apple is the flavour of childhood and in combination with cinnamon the flavour of winter holidays. Apple is a key ingredient that helps boost immunity. In addition, it helps bone health, heart health and has positive effects on blood sugar levels. Cinnamon fights diabetes, colds and flu, diarrhea, nausea, bloating, indigestion and more.

Doctors recommend at least one cup of tea daily, consumed without added sugar. Unlike coffee, which dehydrates you, tea helps hydrate the body. Although moderate consumption is healthy for most people, drinking too much can lead to negative side effects such as anxiety, headaches, digestive problems and sleep disturbances. This is because tea contains caffeine and theine.

Tea remains a healthy alternative to juices, coffee and energy drinks. It is important, however, to choose organic, safe brands and to adapt your consumption to the specifics of your body.

  1. Eu cred ca ceasca face ceaiul mai bun :))). Am primit o ceasca superba de ceai, din care parca ceaiul are mai multa savoare! So let the winter come with tea!
